Hampton-Heath Residential is owned and managed by Selina & Ash, with over 12 years’ experience in residential Sales & Lettings.

We believe that the Sales & Lettings industry should be fully regulated. As a result, we are fully qualified in Sales, Lettings, and property management.

Drawing on this substantial experience, we have evolved our own style of residential sales, lettings & property management fusing knowledge and accreditation with the belief that in serving the needs of the vendor, landlord and tenants is where a win-win situation is created. 

Our primary motivation is to make the residential industry customer centric. Personal service and attention to customer needs is at the heart of Hampton heath’s philosophy. 

We are changing the landscape of the residential sales & lettings industry through facilitating excellent relationships between Vendors, landlords and tenants whilst focusing on providing experience-based solutions in a compliant environment. 

When we are not transforming the agency, we are involved in several British based charities.
