Hampton-Heath offer the following:

  • External Referencing for 4 full comprehensive tenants and a maximum of two truthful guarantor applications
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreement drafted by a third party property specialist
  • Tenancy Deposit transfer to the landlord in order to lodge with a chosen tenancy deposit scheme

Rent & Legal Warranty for 12 months protection (No excess, provides cover against the legal costs and Court fees authorised/incurred) Cover throughout the valid term or until vacant possession is obtained, whichever is sooner. (Subject to passing reference checks)
