New to renting the whole process has been an experience for me. From contacting Hampton-Heath to receiving a call back straight away, viewing a suitable property then signing the tenancy agreement took only 3 days. It’s clearly obvious Sonny knows this industry well, and has an efficient network supporting him. I must admit, I found I was a little rushed (3 days!). However, I’m pleased with my decisions. Sonny has the best interests of both the tenant and landlord/lady in mind keeping us both informed of progress – a winning formula – and lives up to the credentials on his website, providing a very professional and friendly service.
